Trustees are the people who oversee The Fairpath Trust and make sure the charity is run safely, legally and in line with its purpose.
They provide guidance, accountability and support, and they help shape the decisions that protect the charity and the people we work with. Trustees do not manage day to day work.
Their role is to offer oversight, ask thoughtful questions and ensure our processes are fair, transparent and responsible.
