A calm, clear space to understand what’s happening and what your options are.

 Many people come to us when they are facing a process that feels confusing, overwhelming or unfair. You do not need to have the “right words” or a perfect explanation. 


A few sentences are enough. We meet you where you are.


Our role is to help you understand what is happening, what the next steps might be, and how to move through the situation safely and with dignity.

What we can help with

Our support for individuals is always free, as part of our charitable purpose.

 

 We support individuals who are dealing with:


  • Workplace procedures, concerns or investigations
  • Letters, evidence or decisions that are difficult to understand
  • Requests for adjustments or support needs
  • Meetings you feel unprepared for
  • Situations where you are unsure if the process is fair
  • Times when you feel overwhelmed, confused or unsure what to do next


We focus on clarity, calm communication and practical steps.

 

How it works

A simple, steady process designed to reduce stress and increase understanding.


1. Contact us   

Tell us what is happening in your own words. You can ask for paced or adapted communication.


2. We listen and understand   

We look at the situation with you, explain the process, and help you understand your rights and options.


3. Support that fits your needs   

This may include preparing for meetings, reviewing documents, planning next steps, or signposting you to the right place.

We help you break it down, understand the process, and decide what to do next.

We help you put your needs into clear, simple language and understand what an organisation should reasonably consider.
