Our organisational work is paid. 

• This income directly funds our free advocacy‑style support for individuals who are navigating confusing or unfair processes.
• This approach allows us to remain independent, sustainable and accessible to the people who need us most.

Support for individuals is always free. 

This includes:

• guidance on letters, procedures and decisions
• help preparing for meetings
• support understanding processes
• accessible explanations and next‑step planning
• calm, non‑legal advocacy‑style support

We do not charge individuals for any of our core support.

We charge organisations for:

• training
• consultancy
• policy and procedure review
• investigation support
• reflective sessions for managers
• accessibility and fairness guidance

This work strengthens organisational practice while funding our free support for individuals.
